Broadband Nation Expo is back this year to unite broadband ecosystem stakeholders. Held November 17–19 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida, this year’s event builds on its focus for innovation, funding strategy and infrastructure collaboration.
Broadband Nation Expo is a comprehensive platform where service providers, technology pioneers, policymakers and community leaders converge to tackle the digital divide. With over 60 sessions spanning fiber, fixed wireless, satellite, workforce development, public-private partnerships and more, the agenda reflects the complexity — and importance — of broadband deployment in 2025.

From fiber-powered AI and data centers to rural wireless economics, the program dives deep into the technologies and strategies shaping the future of connectivity. Keynotes from leaders at Google, AT&T, T-Mobile, Nokia and Comcast anchor the event, while panels explore everything from next-gen networks to on-the-ground workforce initiatives.

With the event moving from Washington D.C. to Orlando, Broadband Nation is also highlighting Florida’s broadband strategy — from policy and planning at the state level to the hands-on workforce training that keeps the build moving forward.
Formerly known as the U.S. Broadband Summit, the expo also spotlights the growing role of private capital, with sessions unpacking investment trends and the evolving relationship between public funding and market forces. Meanwhile, fireside chats offer candid insights from operators and tech leaders navigating deployment on the ground.

The event will feature 50+ vendors on the show floor, 18+ hours of session content, 80+ ISPs, 20+ hours of networking, 60+ dedicated sessions and more than 110 speakers.

Broadband Connect Program
As part of its broader mission to support deployment across the full broadband ecosystem, Broadband Nation Expo 2025 also hosts the Broadband Nation Connect program, designed to help ISPs and solution providers connect directly.
The program offers eight curated 15-minute meetings between buyers and vendors, using a double opt-in system to ensure relevance and mutual interest. These meetings are scheduled in advance and supported by a concierge team, allowing participants to focus on meaningful conversations around procurement, deployment and partnership.
Qualified participants receive VIP passes and travel stipends to support attendance. The goal is to streamline introductions and foster collaboration that can accelerate broadband builds — especially in areas where infrastructure gaps remain and deployment is most critical.
